One year ago this week, Daughter A and I had the incredible experience of being part of a miracle film shoot called the ‘World’s Largest Nativity’ [yes, I’m officially in the Guinness Book of World Records] – collaborating with an incredible list of famous YouTubers from across the country who all converged into one place at one time to create a truly magical music video. One of those awesome YouTube families we met in person was the talented Peter & Evynne Hollens,

and their darling baby Ashland made a cameo appearance. ♥

This Christmas, Peter Hollens is participating in the ‘12 days of Social‘ media event connected with the ‘#ASaviorIsBorn‘ campaign. Today, Hollens’ new rendition of ‘Mary, Did You Know?’ was posted for Day 9. Not only does Peter use fun ‘movie magic’ to create a visually stunning video, he’s shared some truly beautiful singing. What a lovely gift!
Merry Christmas! – MoSop
IS PETER HOLLENS LDS / MORMON?
While the #ASaviorIsBorn campaign is sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), Peter Hollens is not a Mormon / LDS. This project is intended for all believers of Jesus Christ to enjoy and to participate in.
Peter Hollens has participated in more than one LDS sponsored faith-based project – such as seen here at BYU Hawaii, and during the 2014 #ShareTheGift YouTube Campaign. He has also collaborated with multiple LDS artists including The Piano Guys here, here & here, and Lindsey Stirling here, here & here. 🙂
That’s really good. He has a beautiful voice and the cutest baby I’ve ever seen. I loved him on that video last year, and of course his duet partner, David Archuleta. David’s new song, a duet of The Prayer with Nathan Pacheco comes out tomorrow. It is the Day 10 gift. I hope you’ll feature it too. I’ve preordered it, of course (lol).
Love you, Lynne
